The performance of blown film machine and film blowing technology are the two factors restricting the quality of blown film. The former belongs to the hardware facilities, it is necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of film blowing machine, improve the life of the machine, the latter's improvement, mainly due to the impact of practical experience.

In order to ensure the quality of the film, the stability of the film bubble before the film formation must be considered, and the qualified rate of the product can be controlled effectively. Blown film blowing film production, in addition to the bubble film constraints, but also take into account the film blowing machine cooling system. A complete cooling system requires a reasonable configuration and stability.
