Operation flow of mixer

The basic operating procedures of the mixer are as follows: 1

3, open the power switch and close mixer mixer for heating switch, preheating, and check the air pressure, hydraulic pressure, voltage is in accordance with the technical requirements, inspection and measuring system, timing device, power system indicating and recording is normal;

8 lift the top bolt, adding liquid softener, drop top pin mixing 1.5min;
9, row glue, with thermocouple thermometer measuring the temperature of the glue, record the initial temperature of the mixing room, mixing at the end of the mixing chamber temperature and glue temperature, maximum power, rotor speed;
10, the mill's roll away to 3.8mm, turn on the power switch, the mill running, open circulating water valve, then from the mixing machine discharged into the mixing machine for rubber rollers, the temperature dropped to 110 degrees Celsius, with sulfur, about two knife time to eat is full of sulfur, rubber surface is smooth, cut rubber.
11, roller distance to 0.5mm, into the rubber thin, thin triangle package, through 5 times, will roll away to 2.4mm, into the rubber bag and the surface to be smooth, no bubbles, under the sheets, weighing total quality of rubber, placed on a flat, clean metal surface cooling at room temperature, and label compound number and mixing date for parking.
Each batch mixer mixing process test report should be recorded: difference when mixing temperature, mixing time and rotor speed, pressure, discharge temperature, power consumption, mixing quality and total quality of raw materials and mixer type.
Note: start mixing experiment, can mix a test and adjust the mixing compound of the same working state of the mixer, and then formally mixing; of the same batch mix, dense control conditions of mixer and the mixing time should remain the same.
