How should the roller failure of the small mixer be handled?

The open mill is the abbreviation of the open rubber mixer, and in the plastic products factory, people are used to call it the two roller machine. The open mill is a kind of mixing plastic equipment which is used earlier in the plastic product factory. In the rubber production industry, the mixer is an important equipment. What should we do if the mill rolls are out of order? How can we quickly solve the problem and not delay the production schedule? Below we from the mill roller several common faults to analysis:

1. The parts of the roller of the mill are over heated and the temperature is over 100 degrees centigrade

Analysis:

1, the low temperature of the working face of roller, the feeding quantity is too large, resulting in roller bearing load is too large, so that the lubricating oil film is damaged, the bushing load get sufficient lubrication bearing temperature by friction heat and high temperature. Should be stopped feeding, the roller working surface temperature heating up to the process requirements temperature, and then reduce the amount of feed;

2, lubrication input bearings low pressure or less input lubricating oil, may also be blocked oil pipeline, parking should be checked lubricant supply system;

3, bearing body cooling circulating water flow is not smooth or cooling water flow is small, should increase the cooling water flow or inspection dredge pipe;

4, roller shaft neck bushing or serious wear, sliding surface roughness, polished two parts, maintenance should stop sliding contact surface or change bushing.

Two 、 the distance between the working faces of the mill rolls can not be adjusted

Analysis:

1, the roller working surface diameter is too small, gear meshing interference, should amend the addendum height;

2, bearing lining wear seriously, the bore diameter is too big, should change bearing lining.

Three, mill mill roller spacing gap size is not accurate

Analysis:

1 、 the spacer in the adjusting device is worn seriously or damaged, checking, repairing or changing the gasket;

2, adjustable distance screw or nut serious wear and tear, should overhaul, replacement, wear serious parts.

Four, turn the rotary mill roller suddenly stop

Analysis:

The distance between 1 and two rollers is too small, the roller work is seriously overloaded, and the gap between rollers should be properly adjusted;

2, the roller work surface temperature is too low, should remove the roller surface raw material, to the roller continue heating, heating up to meet the process requirements temperature, and then feed production;

3, once the amount of feed is too large, should be appropriate to reduce the amount;

4, lubricating oil roller bearing parts, shaft and bearing axle; parking pressure unloading bearing body, maintenance of polished shaft neck and bushing.
